The grave situation in Gaza necessitates our full focus, unwavering support, and an embodiment of unity. Penny Appeal has dedicated its resources to collaborate with our partners on the ground, ensuring the delivery of essentials: water, food, shelter, and hope.

Regrettably, even amidst this crisis, some choose to sow discord and spread falsehoods about Penny Appeal, detracting from the essential support Gaza needs. Such actions, especially during a severe humanitarian crisis, are both hurtful and deeply concerning.

A Clear Stand on Baseless Accusations

We state unequivocally: allegations of misdirecting funds are completely untrue. Our engagement with the Charity Commission yielded transparent and conclusive findings, all accessible to the public, confirming no conflicts of interest.

Yet, despite this clear vindication, a few continue to propagate these untruths. We must ask: Who benefits from these distractions when Gaza's suffering is so palpable? Why, at a time when unity is of the essence, do some persist in fostering divisions?

Gaza's Dire Need & Our Unyielding Commitment

Gaza's situation is critical, demanding our collective support and unity. The humanitarian efforts of numerous Muslim charities offer a beacon of hope to countless Palestinians. We are not the first charity to face such unfounded accusations and, sadly, might not be the last. It's imperative to question who truly benefits if Gaza gets less aid due to such distractions?

As we navigate these turbulent times, our commitment remains as strong as ever. Penny Appeal is only as strong as the support of countless donors over the past fourteen years, all united to transform small change into a BIG difference for those who need us most.

We will not be deterred by malicious attempts to tarnish our reputation. To our unwavering supporters, we express our deep gratitude. Your trust drives us forward. As we turn our hearts and empty our pockets for those afflicted in Gaza, let us remember the power of unity.
